Picture of the latin words Videre Facere Docere

Contemplating the old medical training motto of “see one, do one, teach one,” I found that it focused on the learner while ignoring that our experiential learning takes place on people.  An ink that appears like blood was chosen and the motto converted to commands of “see, do and teach” in Latin.  The script in blood-like ink along with the drips are meant to symbolize that our training on patients are their sacrifices for our learning.
