INSOMNIA – 3543 × 2362px – Graphite lifedrawing & Digital media, 2013

As an artist, I study the human body through lifedrawing, recording the wages of time using graphite. As a medical student, I study the molecular mechanisms underlying the disease process. Art and medicine are symbiotic entities that explore the paradox of strength and fragility within a person, guiding me to be compassionate and to understand humanity beyond the visible.
